Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Placing orders
    • No order will be processed until full payment has been deposited into our account.
    • No order will be processed or released prior to a time period of 24 hours from the point of originally ordering to allow for our cancellation period. See section 3 for more details.
    • We making payment by cheque no orders will be processed until the funds have cleared into our account. Please aware that administration and bank charges may apply, please see section 10 for more details.
  2. Delivery Times
    • Once we have received details of your order and payment has cleared into our account, we will email with details of your delivery.
    • All purchases will be sent via recorded postal services (unless directly collecting from us)
    • No items will be dispatched unless the funds have cleared into our account
  3. Cancellations
    • Once you have placed an order you reserve the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours after the time your order was original sent to us. After that point, we will process your order.
    • After we have dispatched the goods, unless we grant discretionary approval, no orders can be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order with us and no refunds or cancellations will be given.
    • In the event of cancellation please see action 10 on how we process and issue a refund.
  4. Damaged Goods
    • Prior to delivery we check every individual piece for quality issues ensuring every item is just ‘perfect’ before it leaves us.
    • We will always take reasonable care in the packaging and despatch of any customer orders and only use trusted postal delivery networks.
    • In the event of damage occurring to your order, in the first instance, please email us with photographic evidence of the damage on the same day as the delivery was signed for to info@infintyartsanddesign.com
    •  Any claims for damage to goods received after the day of delivery or outside of this time window will be considered as ‘damages caused by the customer’, too which we would be unable to investigate against.
    • Any goods that are damaged that are reported within the allotted time window and that are found to be non maliciously damaged, we will liaise with our customer about a ‘return and replacement’ / ‘return and refund’ and or a discretionary ‘retain and discount’
  5. Returns
    • In the event of needing to return an item to us:
      • All items must be sent via recorded delivery to us so that any items can tracked. If you cannot prove you have returned items to us and they go AWOL then we will not be liable to process any replacements or refunds.
      • Upon the customer providing a valid receipt showing printed details of our returns address, Infinity Arts and Design will issue either a discount voucher to the value or refund the postal costs back to customer via the  account they made payment on.
      • In the event of returns being sent to us due to damage during delivery, please ensure that the item is securely package so no further damage can occur and along with that, provide as many details as possible on when it was delivered an by whom.
      • All items returned will be checked for malicious damage and if we are satisfied that the claim is genuine, if issuing a refund and or postal refund (against a receipt), then we will issue a refund within 7 – 28 working days back to the account we took original payment from.
    • If we you have cancelled your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund minus any applicable administration fees within 7 – 28 working days back to the account we took original payment from.
    • We will also notify you via email once an refund has been instructed to your account.
  6. Retention and future use of your personal data
    • Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will retain any details you place on our website for the sole purpose of marketing other related Infinity Arts and Design products to you in the future.
    • You can opt out at any point as our marketing emails will have a ‘unsubscribe’ function.
    • Any details you registrar with us, will remain on our secure database. We have taken and will continue to take all the necessary precautions possibles to protect any data we have.
    • We will not share your data with any other 3rd party company.
    • For the purposes of marketing we might market you from this our our sister companies Budeful.com and Commuic8 Designs Ltd
  7. General instructions for use and future enjoyment
    • We understand that nothing lasts for forever, however to help you enjoy your product for as long as possible on some of the items we sell, we will include generalised instructions for general use. We will expect that by following such instructions and applying general common sense, your products should give you a lifetime of pleasure and enjoyment.
  8. Guarantees against workmanship
    • Prior to commercial release all our products have been tested for general use, wear and tear. In addition any instructions that are issued, providing they are followed should prevent any quality issues from developing.However we recognise there might be rare events where a quality issue might develop and we are keen if the fault is proven to have originated from us, we will do what we can to remedy the issues.We expect that you have previously registrared you purchase with us via our website on this page: www.infinityartsanddesign.com/registrar-your-artwork. Providing you registrar your work within 28 days of purchase along with any proof of receipt with any of our third party resellers, we will offer a 12 month coverage against quality issues developing with any items we produce and sell providing it is proven not to be general wear and tear.

      In the first instance please contact us via email to info@infintyartsanddesign.com with photographic evidence along with a detailed overview of the fault so that we can adequately assess your claim.

  9. Registration of your purchase
  10. Administration Fees
    • Administration charges will apply when:
      • Processing cheque payments (min charge £10)
      • Issuing refunds for cancellation (min 5% of total value min value £20)
      • If investigating a return that is proven to be customer misuse, a pro-rate charge of £80 per hour plus VAT, applied at 15 minute intervals  for any time wasted on false claims
    • Bank Charges
      • When processing cheques and some credit card refunds, fees are applied to us. In the event of taking payment for goods, if the fees exceed £5.00 or 5% of the total value we will contact you and separately invoice you for the additional costs.
      • Any bank charges are the customers responsibility and we will always seek to recover any additional unforeseen expenses from the customer.
    • Refunds
      • All refunds are subject to final authorisation and approval by Infinity Arts and Design. If we agree to refund anything, we will do so and issue any monies minus administration and bank fees within 7 – 28 working days. We will also notify you via email once an refund has been instructed to your account.
  11. Fraud preventions
    • We will recorder where we can all transactional history and endeavour to keep that information for a minimum period of 7 years as in accordance with standard accounting practices and as regulated in the data protection act 1998.
    • If we suspect any fraudulent acts taking place we will release any information we have obtained to the relevant legal authorities so they may conduct there own (criminal) investigations.
