Artist Registration Form

Calling all Innovative Artists

We are looking for talented individuals who want to get their artwork published and who are seeking to sell their work and gain a following.

Our aim is to build a diverse portfolio showcasing a large variety of work. Specifically we like unusual or conceptual pieces that can be replicated for limited production runs.

What does Infinity do?

We offer up and coming artists a platform to sell their artwork through our online shop as well as directly to galleries. The prices listed on our website are kept (+10 to 20%) higher than you might be able to sell your artwork through a traditional retail outlet. This is done to encourage customers to support local enterprises and their high street.

Additionally, we can offer you access to our supply lines and, should you wish, we can manage the production of your final artwork, producing pieces by the most ethical and environmentally friendly methods possible. Our site rules are that only 100 copies of any piece can be produced which ensures the exclusivity of your artwork on the market. Our products are quality checked and produced to the highest standard.

Upon completion of a sale, the customer will receive a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the item purchased, providing a brief biography about the artist, which will be taken from the information you provide about yourself, and we would also like to provide the story behind each piece. The production number of the artwork will also be provided and this allows us to ensure the limited production of each art piece to a maximum of 100.

We are in contact with a significant number of galleries across the UK and regularly supply each gallery with our latest catalogue information.

We would LOVE to hear from any experienced commercial artists who are passionate about producing high end, high quality items. If you would like to be considered, please apply using the application form below. We will happily review some samples of your work and dependant on whether we like what we see, we will invite you over for a chat and coffee with a view to you joining Infinities family of artists.

Infinity’s Charges to Artists

We believe in being up front, transparent and honest in our approach so that you, the artist, know exactly where you stand. We have a minimum charge for setting you up on our website which is £50, this covers the time for building an individual page about you and putting up some pictures.

When selling through our website, we charge a set fee of £40 for setting up the sale. When one of your items is sold, we will take a maximum of 30%* of the final sale value after productions, delivery and VAT costs have been deducted.

*This is something that is negotiable and can be discussed further on a case-by-case basis.

Typically, we ask for the £50 setup to be paid up front for your profile but this is a one off charge, not repeatable unless you decide to change your profile entirely at a later date. The £40 product placement fee would be deducted from your first sale after all other deductions have been made and then for all future sales our standard sales fees would apply per sale.

Infinity’s Payment / Transfer Fees

Once Infinity has received payment against any order, you will be notified within a maximum of 5 working days that a sale has been made. Once the artwork has been delivered to the client, payments for any sale made will be issued on or before the 15th of each month.

If the customers have paid via Cheque or Direct Transfer no fees will be generated. However, if customers have paid using PayPal, transaction fees will apply (3% of total balance amount) in order to transfer funds from PayPal into a standard bank account.

Infinity’s Basic Key Principles:

  1. Quality of the product
    • We endeavor to produce items in the most ethical and environmentally friendly methods possible.
